This free admission event celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Honolulu’s Chinatown while supporting local businesses and artists. As part of the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority’s Destination Management Action Plan, DASL transforms Chinatown into a pedestrian-friendly, lively hub where visitors can immerse themselves in local culture, creativity, and community.
Experience the lively rhythms of performances by Made-to-Order and the iconic Royal Hawaiian Band, enjoy fashion shows featuring Valia Honolulu, Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi, and Ginger13, and witness Hawaiian cultural films at the historic Hawaiʻi Theatre. With live entertainment, art displays, shopping promotions, and delicious dining options, this festival offers something for everyone.
Enjoy special promotions and exclusive deals at Chinatown businesses along Pauʻahi, Smith, and S. King Streets. With free parking available at the former Walmart & Macy's building and pedestrian-only access on Bethel Street, DASL Honolulu ensures a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
