Front of House Lead
The Front of House Lead provides the highest level of customer service and is dedicated to upholding the mission of the Hawaii Theatre Center ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons. This position requires a reliable, personal, and service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This customer-facing role is responsible for Patron Experience, Coordination with Stage Productions, Concessions, Food and Beverage, and Special Events. In addition, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, the building, and staff for all public areas. This position reports to the Director of Theatre Operations and works closely with Stage and production staff to ensure shows and events are in sync with patron’s arrival experience.

Bartender
We are seeking professional, high-energy bartenders. Ideally, you’ll have strong knowledge in mixology and hospitality, plus good communication skills to serve classic cocktails and exciting house specials.
The bartender will greet customers, check ID and verify age, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food.
You will sell concessions, production merchandise, upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic set up and cleaning duties.
- Pay: $16.50/hr + Tips/Gratuity Participation
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Shifts & Schedule: Shifts are mostly evenings, on weekends (Thursdays through Sundays) depending on show schedule and between 8-15 hours per week.
Production Technician
The Production Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of all production backstage. Reporting to the Director of Theatre Operations and Facilities and Operations Manager, they are responsible for addressing and resolving operational challenges related to sound, lighting, stage management, playback LED walls, and projections. Additionally, they may be required to operate sound or lighting equipment as needed. This position requires a reliable, personal, and service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment to ensure shows and events are professionally executed. This is an on-call position.
- Pay: $18-$20/ hr
